Care & Handling Instructions

At Flower Stop LA, we want your flowers to stay fresh and beautiful for as long as possible. Since flowers are delicate and perishable, proper care is essential. Please follow these simple steps to extend the life of your arrangement:

General Care

• Place your arrangement indoors, away from direct sunlight, heating, or cooling vents.
• Avoid areas directly under ceiling fans or near appliances such as televisions and radiators.
• Keep flowers in a cool environment, ideally between 65–72°F.

Signature Flower Boxes

• Add about one teacup of water every other day by pouring it into the center of the box, allowing it to reach the base where the floral foam is.
• If needed, trim the stems by cutting about one inch at a 45-degree angle with a sharp knife before returning them to the foam to absorb water properly.

Bouquets & Vase Arrangements

• Check the water level daily, and change the water every other day to keep it clean and fresh.
• Re-cut the stems by trimming one inch at a 45-degree angle with a sharp knife before placing them back in the vase filled with fresh water.
