Cancellations

All cancellation requests must be made by phone at 1 (818) 747-5836 at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or shipping date. Requests made after this timeframe may not be accommodated.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Flower Stop LA, all sales are considered final. Our products are perishable and sensitive to temperature, light, and moisture, which means we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the order has been fulfilled.

The only exception is if the product arrives defective or damaged. In such cases:

  • A claim must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the flowers
  • A clear photo of the arrangement must be emailed to info@flowerstopla.com
  • Claims submitted after the 24-hour period cannot be honored

Care Responsibility

Please note that flowers are perishable and require proper care to maintain their freshness. It is the recipient’s responsibility to follow the care instructions provided by FlowerStopLA.com. Once flowers are delivered in good condition, we are no longer responsible for their lifespan.
