Ordering & Delivery
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Unfortunately, we don't offer same-day delivery, but we do offer Next Day Delivery — orders placed by 12:00 PM will be delivered the next day. You can also schedule delivery for any date up to 21 days in advance. If you have an urgent request, please give us a call and we'll do our best to assist you.
How do I know if my order has been delivered?
You can contact us anytime to check the status of your order. Our team will gladly provide delivery updates.
What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
If no one is available at the delivery address, we'll follow the steps outlined in our Delivery Policy, including any special instructions you've provided. Please note a redelivery may incur additional fees.

How long will my flowers last?
On average, with proper care, flowers last 5–10 days. Some varieties are more delicate, while others naturally last longer.

Will my flowers look exactly like the photo?
Each arrangement is handcrafted with fresh, seasonal blooms, so no two designs are identical. If substitutions are needed due to seasonal or supply changes, we’ll use flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall look, color scheme, and size of your chosen design.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and online payment options. For custom or large orders, we may also arrange alternative payment methods.

Yes! Every arrangement comes with a complimentary message card. Simply write your message at checkout, and we’ll handwrite it for you.
