Ordering & Delivery
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, we provide same-day delivery for orders placed before 12:00 PM. Orders received after this time will be scheduled for the next available delivery day. If you have an urgent request, please give us a call and we’ll do our best to assist you.
How do I know if my order has been delivered?
You can contact us anytime to check the status of your order. Our team will gladly provide delivery updates.
What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
If no one is available at the delivery address, we’ll follow any special instructions you’ve given us. If none are provided, we’ll try to reach you first. If we cannot connect, we’ll contact the recipient directly. If we’re unable to reach either party, the arrangement will be returned to our shop until we receive further instructions.
Care & Longevity
How should I take care of my flowers?
Vase arrangements: Refill the vase daily with clean water. No flower food is required.
Box or basket arrangements: Keep the floral foam hydrated by adding a few ice cubes or a little water every other day.
General tips: Place your flowers in a cool area, away from direct sunlight, heaters, air vents, and fans. Remove fading blooms so the rest stay fresh longer.
How long will my flowers last?
On average, with proper care, flowers last 5–10 days. Some varieties are more delicate, while others naturally last longer.

Can I customize my order?
Absolutely! Our designers love creating personalized arrangements. Contact us with your preferences, and we’ll craft something unique for you.
Will my flowers look exactly like the photo?
Each arrangement is handcrafted with fresh, seasonal blooms, so no two designs are identical. If substitutions are needed due to seasonal or supply changes, we’ll use flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall look, color scheme, and size of your chosen design.

Yes! Every arrangement comes with a complimentary message card. Simply write your message at checkout, and we’ll handwrite it for you.
