Delivery Policy
Specific Delivery Times
We understand that timely delivery is important, and you may request a preferred delivery time frame. While we make every effort to honor these requests, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to factors such as high order volumes, traffic conditions, and unforeseen delays.
Recipient Contact Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete contact information for the recipient, including a valid phone number.

If a delivery issue arises and no recipient phone number has been provided, Flower Stop LA is not responsible, and no refund will be issued.
- If the recipient does not receive their flowers due to missing or incorrect contact information, no refund will be made.
If No One Is Home
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the following steps will be taken:

We will first attempt to contact you (the sender).

If you have provided special delivery instructions (e.g., leave at the door, with a neighbor, or at the reception desk), we will follow those instructions.

If we are unable to reach you, we will contact the recipient directly for guidance.

If neither party can be reached, the flowers will be returned to our main location. The recipient will then be contacted to arrange a second delivery.
Please note: A redelivery may incur additional fees.
